Curious how data and tech solve real business problems? Join CACI’s virtual consultancy work experience to explore client projects, build practical skills, polish your CV, and connect with industry professionals—boosting your uni and early‑career prospects.

This is a virtual work experience programme run by CACI and hosted on Springpod that introduces participants to digital business consultancy, with particular focus on how data and technology support client solutions. The programme includes Springpod sessions with CACI staff, interactive activities, quizzes and practical tasks such as a mock CV exercise, all designed to give insight into consultancy roles and the skills recruiters look for.

Modules cover CACIs company culture and values, different digital and data-focused career pathways, examples of collaboration with local authority childrens services teams, and soft skills development (teamwork, communication and problem solving). Live webinars are included; these take place during weekday working hours but recordings are made available and assignments are reviewed before certificates are issued.

The programme is available on demand (see intake dates) and awards a certificate on completion. It is aimed at school and college students (students aged 13+ are explicitly invited to apply) and is intended as an introductory exploration of careers in digital business consultancy.
