This is a Digital Customer Support (Webchat Adviser) apprenticeship based in Street, Somerset. You will work primarily in the employer's office handling webchat customer enquiries, identifying customer needs, delivering solution-based sales and meeting commercial KPIs.
The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with typical shifts of 8. 5 hours per day within opening hours 08:00-22:00.
The apprenticeship includes on-the-job learning combined with off-the-job training delivered by Bridgwater and Taunton College to achieve the Business Administrator (Level 3) qualification. The training covers IT systems, written and verbal communication, administration, record keeping, project work, problem solving and customer service skills.
