Join Lloyds Banking Group as a Digital Marketer Degree Apprentice and earn a BSc (Hons) in Digital Marketing while gaining hands-on industry experience. This four-year integrated degree apprenticeship combines on-the-job training at Lloyds with formal study delivered by Manchester Metropolitan University.
The role is based in Halifax (HX1 2RG) and is structured around a 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
At work you'll support live marketing campaigns across multiple channels, create social media content, use analytics tools to track and optimise performance, design digital experiences, and collaborate with designers, strategists and data specialists on brand projects. Training covers marketing principles, content creation, data-led analysis, campaign planning and digital project management, alongside practical use of industry tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Tableau and Figma.
Applicants must meet the listed GCSE and A-level requirements. The apprenticeship includes time away from the workplace for specialist training; the training schedule is not yet finalised so candidates should check travel requirements.
