This Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship with Morgan Hunt offers a structured route into IT and digital support. The apprentice will spend most time working on-the-job at Standon House, London, providing technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, managing user accounts and permissions, and logging incidents using JIRA Service Desk.

The role includes formal training delivered by QA Limited, combining live and online workshops, self-paced learning and coaching from a Digital Learning Consultant. The programme covers data selection and migration, data cleansing and quality checks, data analysis and presentation, use of cloud and SaaS platforms, and practical skills around Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools.

This is a 40-hour-per-week apprenticeship starting 4 December 2025 (duration 1 year 4 months). Successful completion leads to a Level 3 Data Technician qualification and strong prospects for permanent employment; QA reports c.90% of apprentices secure permanent roles after completion.
