Join Evolve Psychology as a Digital Support Technician Apprentice to support and maintain digital systems used across clinical and administrative departments. The role combines hands-on end-user support (desktops, laptops, printers, applications) with proactive systems administration, security and asset management to ensure healthcare systems remain secure and operational.

You will work on-site at Windsor House, Cornwall Road, Harrogate (HG1 2PW), typically Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 (37 hours 30 minutes per week). Training is provided off-the-job by NOWSKILLS LIMITED and leads to the Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship standard, covering system security, data handling, device management, troubleshooting and use of systems-management tools.

This apprenticeship starts on 22 December 2025, lasts approximately 1 year 4 months, and may lead to a permanent role with the employer. Wage for the first year is £14,722.50 (apprentice rate), with increases possible depending on age.
