Apply NowDurham University offers pre-bookable International Campus Visits for students travelling from outside the UK. Visits are typically held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons most weeks of the year.
Each visit begins with a presentation from a member of University staff (usually 14:00-15:00 UK time) and is followed by a guided campus tour starting at 15:00, led by a Student Ambassador. The sessions are designed to give prospective international students a feel for life on campus and the Durham student experience, and provide an opportunity to ask questions about admission, entry requirements and applying to Durham.
Booking is essential and should be made at least seven days before the intended visit; short-notice requests are subject to availability. Guided tours may not be guaranteed during August, September and December due to Student Ambassador availability.
Departmental or college visits cannot be arranged through this booking process; departments and colleges should be contacted directly for those visits. To book, complete the campus visit form on the Durham website and for questions contact international.
