Join Little Learners Nursery as an Early Years Apprentice to train and work in an award-winning early years setting supporting children aged 0-5. The apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning with off-the-job training delivered by Realise Learning and Employment Limited.

You will support delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through play-based activities, assist with planning and assessment, and contribute to a caring, inclusive environment while completing coursework and training.

Day-to-day duties include providing personal care, observing and assessing children's development, supporting communication and social skills, maintaining health and safety standards, and building relationships with parents and carers. The role is 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts agreed at offer stage.

The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator, a Level 3 paediatric first aid award (or emergency equivalent), and Level 2 functional skills in maths and English if required.

The post starts on Monday 1 December 2025, runs for approximately 1 year 2 months, and there are two positions available. Successful apprentices are expected to obtain an enhanced DBS and will be supported towards a secure job on completion and career progression within the company.

£14,134 per year

Pay & Benefits

£14,133.60 to £22,857.12, depending on your age. National Minimum Wage.
