Early Years Apprentice - Meon Springs Montessori

Join Meon Springs Montessori as an Early Years Apprentice and gain hands-on experience working with children aged 2-5. You will work alongside experienced staff to provide high-quality care and early years education, support development through play-based learning, observe and record progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

The apprenticeship includes time away from the workplace for specialist training delivered by BEST PRACTICE NETWORK LIMITED and leads to the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 (40 hours per week).

The role involves supporting daily routines (mealtimes, nappy changes, naps), planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, liaising with parents, participating in team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

The apprenticeship starts on 13 December 2025, lasts approximately 1 year 6 months, and may lead to further progression such as Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner, EYITT, ECT or Level 3 Early Years SENCO. One position is available at the nursery in Alresford (SO24 0NW).
