Early Years Apprentice Practitioner

Kiddi Caru Nursery and pre-school (part of Grandir UK) is recruiting an Early Years Apprentice Practitioner to work at their Gull Coppice, Whiteley setting. You will provide high-quality childcare and support children’s learning and development while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

The role is based in a nursery environment and involves hands-on care such as supervising children, supporting mealtimes, reading stories, and changing nappies.

This apprenticeship includes on-the-job learning and 20% off-the-job training delivered by the training provider Realise Learning and Employment Limited. You will work towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner standard, which includes the formal qualification, knowledge, skills and behaviours, and functional skills in maths and English if required.

The apprenticeship starts on Monday 8 December 2025, is for 1 year and is full time (40 hours per week) with various shifts Monday-Friday.
