Join Kiddy Care Nursery as an Early Years Educator Apprentice working with children aged 0-5. The role involves creating safe, engaging environments, delivering activities aligned to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting children’s self-care and personal development, and liaising with parents and colleagues.
The post is full-time across Monday-Friday (approximately 30 hours per week; shifts to be confirmed). Wage is listed at £11,778 for the first year with potential increases depending on age.
This apprenticeship runs for 14 months (Level 3 Early Years Educator Standard) and includes off-the-job training provided by LEAPING MAN LEARNING LIMITED, support from an assessor and an on-site mentor, and a paediatric first aid qualification. Essential entry requirements include GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or Level 2 Pass accepted).

- Willingness and ability to attend online training with the assessor for 1 day a week for the first 8 weeks of the apprenticeship.

£11,778 per year
£11,778 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices (see gov.uk for rates).
