Deadline in 1 day

Start a career in early years education as an Early Years Educator Level 3 apprentice. You will work in a childcare setting supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities, assist with daily routines (including meal times and personal care), contribute to observations and planning, and help create an inclusive, safe environment for children up to 5 years old.

This apprenticeship combines on-the-job training at Miller Memorial Hall, The Avenue, Tottenham, London (N17 6TG) with online study delivered by Best Practice Network Limited. The programme leads to a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and covers safeguarding, health and safety, child development, SEND/EAL support, assessment and curriculum-related practice.

Practical details: the role is full-time (35 hours per week; setting open 08:00-18:00). The apprenticeship starts on 1 January 2026 and lasts 1 year 6 months. Pay is £13,741 for the first year (then National Minimum Wage rates apply after 12 months).

An enhanced DBS is required and will be applied for by the employer if successful. Apply via the GOV. UK apprenticeships service before the closing date.
