Join Little Learners Nurseries (Ordnance Unity Centre) as an Early Years Educator apprentice working towards a Level 3 Childcare qualification. You will work full time in the nursery delivering activities, supporting children’s learning and development, preparing resources and food, and following safeguarding procedures.
The role includes practical nursery work combined with online classroom days.
The apprenticeship lasts 14 months and includes support from lead support coaches and a workplace mentor. Classroom-based training sessions are delivered online, while the main apprenticeship duties are completed in a nursery local to you.
Successful completion may lead to a full-time Level 3 practitioner role or progression to room leader, management, primary education, paediatric nursing, and other childcare careers.
Applicants must hold Maths and English GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or Functional Skills Level 2 equivalent) and have been resident in the UK for at least three years. This is an on-site role (with remote classroom days) and is offered at the Little Learners Nurseries - Ordnance Unity Centre location (postcode EN3 6ND).
