This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship at Tomberries Nursery gives apprentices hands-on experience working with children aged 12 months to 5 years. Apprentices will support and promote children’s early education and development, plan and provide care, use assessment to support learning, safeguard children, and work in partnership with parents and other professionals.

The apprenticeship includes one day a week of formal training delivered by HAWK MANAGEMENT (UK) LIMITED and leads to an Early Years Educator (Level 3) qualification. Apprentices must complete a paediatric first aid qualification and, if not already achieved, Level 2 English and maths before end-point assessment.

Training content covers safeguarding, health and safety, curriculum delivery, inclusive practice, assessment, and professional development.

Practical details: the role is full-time (40 hours/week; Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts within 08:00-18:00) based at Tomberries Nursery, 271 Wimbledon Park Road, Southfields, SW19 6NW (Wimbledon/London). The apprenticeship offers a wage between £15,704 and £25,396.
