EKFB (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall) are offering a hybrid work experience week on the High Speed 2 (HS2) project designed to give Year 12 students direct insight into work on a major UK infrastructure programme. Across the week participants visit a live construction site on the in-person days, take part in hands-on STEM challenges, meet industry professionals to hear about career journeys, and work in small teams on a planning/design challenge before presenting their ideas.
The programme is delivered in a hybrid format: Monday and Friday are in-person site days and Tuesday-Thursday are online collaboration sessions (Google Classroom). Lunch is provided on in-person days and travel expenses can be reimbursed where offered.
Applications close on Monday 13 April 2026 (may close earlier if places fill).
