Serve customers, use the till or wash pots in a coffee shop as a seasonal volunteer. Fit short-term shifts around your commitments, get full training and support hospice care across East Suffolk and South Norfolk.
St Elizabeth Hospice is looking for friendly seasonal volunteers to support its shops and retail centres across East Suffolk and South Norfolk during the holiday season. Volunteers help the team in a retail environment and may be placed in one of the hospice’s shops depending on local need and availability.
The role is short-term and flexible, making it suitable for people who want to fit volunteering around their own commitments. Typical tasks can include serving customers, working on the till, and helping to keep the shop running smoothly.
There is also a coffee shop opportunity for a pot washer, so there may be a range of ways to get involved.
No previous experience is needed because full training is provided. Volunteering with St Elizabeth Hospice offers a chance to gain customer service skills, build confidence, meet new people, and add practical experience to your CV while supporting hospice care in the local community.
