Goldman Sachs' EMEA Degree Apprenticeship Programmes are four-year paid apprenticeships that combine on-the-job experience with study for an undergraduate degree. Apprentices work within teams across FICC and Equities, Engineering, or Operations while studying at partner institutions (Queen Mary University of London, Walbrook Institute London, or University of Warwick).
The programme is designed to let apprentices apply academic learning to real client and firm-facing assignments and build professional skills.
There are three streams: a FICC and Equities Degree Apprenticeship (degree in Applied Finance), an Engineering Degree Apprenticeship (degree in Digital and Technology Solutions), and an Operations Degree Apprenticeship (BSc Finance & Investment). Apprentices graduate with a bachelor's degree and may be considered for full-time roles at Goldman Sachs following completion.
The roles are based in London and Birmingham and the programmes begin in September 2026.
