Participants can expect interactive quizzes, hands-on activities, live webinars and insights from Siemens professionals. Topics include sustainable energy innovation, renewable sources such as wind and water, hydrogen power, resilience, teamwork, communication and problem-solving.

The programme also explores what employers look for and how to present yourself well in the workplace. This is an accessible online experience that can be completed from home at your own pace within the programme window.

It is aimed at students looking to explore a career in energy and utilities, strengthen their CV and gain a certificate of completion at the end.
