Want to build real skills and confidence while trying new things? Join Enfield Council’s Summer Uni to explore 80+ free courses across the borough — creative arts, music, sports, culinary and more — and connect with peers, gain hands-on experience and boost your uni or career prospects.
Enfield Council’s Summer Uni is an annual five-week summer programme offering young people more than 80 free courses and activities across the borough. It is designed to help participants build confidence, explore new opportunities and develop real-life skills in a fun, supportive environment.
The programme includes a wide mix of activities spanning creative arts, music, sports, culinary, beauty and more. Example activities mentioned include Comic Creators Academy, where young people learn to draw manga-style comics, and Laced Up Design Camp, where participants customise their own Nike Air Force 1 trainers.
The programme is open to young people aged 11 to 19, with an extended age range up to 25 for those with SEND, provided they live in Enfield or attend an Enfield school. Registration is required before booking onto courses.
