This volunteering role is about helping to publicise a friendly community organisation and share its events, clubs and lunches with local people. You’ll use your computer skills and social media know-how to support marketing and communication activity that helps the organisation reach a wider audience.
The role is described as flexible, so you’ll agree your availability directly with the provider. The organisation says volunteers will be made to feel at home, and you can arrange an informal chat with Laura, the Volunteer Manager, to find out more.
It is based in Central Birkenhead, close to bus and rail links, and includes benefits such as free lunch for longer volunteering sessions, with travel expenses available depending on qualifying factors.

- Must be over 16 years old.
- Good computer skills are required.
- You should be interested in social media.
- You should have a few hours of free time each week.
Free lunch from the community cafe for those volunteering over four hours. Travel expenses and free lunch from the cafe are payable dependent on qualifying factors.
