Start a paid catering career with Eurest: apprenticeships combine on-the-job training, nationally recognised qualifications and tailored support across Level 2 to higher degree apprenticeships.

Eurest offers workplace apprenticeships in catering and hospitality that combine on-the-job experience, formal training and nationally recognised qualifications with a paid salary. Apprenticeships are tailored to individual needs and cover multiple levels (Level 2 intermediate through higher Level 4-7 degree-level routes).

Typical programmes develop practical culinary and catering skills, workplace competencies and business understanding alongside functional English and maths, with structured training delivered over 12 months to up to 3 years depending on qualification level. Candidates must be over 16, employed on a permanent contract and able to work at least 16 hours a week.

Programmes include hands-on chef and hospitality training (for example the 'Forward with Marcus Wareing' culinary programme delivered in partnership with industry partners), assessment towards recognised apprenticeship standards, and progression pathways to higher qualifications and career roles within Compass Group and Eurest.
