You’ll move through a series of modules covering engineering, operations and commercial roles. These include manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, production processes, supply chain management, health and safety, sustainability, business, sales, distribution, marketing and customer relations.

The content is designed to show how different teams work together to deliver the company’s machinery and services. Alongside the career insight, the programme includes quizzes, activities and employability support.

You’ll build understanding of CVs, interview preparation, onboarding and transferable skills such as teamwork, communication and problem-solving. By the end, you should have a clearer sense of whether a career in engineering and manufacturing could be right for you, and you’ll receive a certificate of completion.
