Faculty of Global Leadership - Oxford College

The Faculty of Global Leadership at Oxford College is an on-campus summer school for students aged 15-17 that combines academic teaching with practical exercises in diplomacy, international relations and global economics. Delivered by experienced tutors, the course includes interactive seminars, case studies, 25 hours of academic learning per week and one-to-one academic coaching to build research, presentation and leadership skills.

Participants take part in experiential activities such as Model United Nations sessions, diplomatic negotiations and ‘Time to Shine’ group projects culminating in end-of-week presentations. The programme also features an industry strand with guest speakers and professional workshops to connect classroom theory to real-world leadership and public policy contexts.

Students live in an Oxford college and are taught in university lecture and seminar rooms, gaining cultural immersion and on-campus experience. The course is aimed at ambitious school students preparing for university-level study and leadership roles in international contexts.
