Join Grayton Ltd as a Finance and Administration Apprentice, working on-site in Barton Upon Humber. You will be employed in a busy office environment and trained across administration and basic financial processes, including answering calls, managing correspondence, processing delivery notes and invoices, and liaising with internal teams to support smooth department operations.

As part of the apprenticeship you will attend day-release training at North Lindsey College to complete the Level 3 Business Administrator standard. Training includes classroom and remote learning, work shadowing and portfolio-building, with an End-Point Assessment comprising a showcase, practical observation, professional discussion and project presentation.

If you do not hold GCSE grade 4 (C) in English and/or Maths you will complete Functional Skills Level 2.

This role is full-time (39 hours per week: Mon-Thu 08:30-16:30; Fri 08:30-15:30) for 1 year 6 months, with progression opportunities into full-time employment at Grayton following successful completion.

£15,311 per year

Pay & Benefits

£15,311.40 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices.
