This is a structured Finance Apprenticeship with TJX Europe based at the Watford head office. The programme begins with AAT Level 3 and progresses to AAT Level 4, with both stages taking approximately 36 months in total.
Apprentices will receive training and hands-on experience across core operational finance areas, gain technical accounting knowledge for understanding accounts and financial statements, and learn company systems, processes, ethical standards and relevant rules and regulations.
Applicants will be part of a collaborative, inclusive culture with ongoing development opportunities and clear career progression within TJX. The role is offered on a hybrid working model with campus-style facilities at the Watford site (subsidised canteen, onsite gym, free parking, close to Watford Junction).
Selection stages include an online application, psychometric tests, an online video interview and an assessment centre or in-person interview. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country of application.
AAT Level 3 followed by AAT Level 4 (Association of Accounting Technicians)
