CLOSED THIS CYCLE

FITIQ’s Worlds+ Sprint 100m Training Camp is a pre-Worlds OCR100m coaching session led by Tommy Matthews, described as one of the world’s top OCR100m racers. The camp is designed to help young athletes sharpen sprint speed, obstacle technique and race confidence in a practical training environment.

There are two sessions available on Saturday 25 July 2026. The Year 6 to 9 session runs from 10:00 to 12:30 and focuses on sprint mechanics, obstacle transitions, rig confidence and controlled race pace work.

The Year 10+ session runs from 13:00 to 18:00 and offers a more performance-led block with speed, acceleration, obstacle transitions, race rhythm, rig efficiency and work under fatigue. The sessions take place at FITIQ in Cookham and are aimed at athletes who want purposeful training and clear technical input before competition.

Participants can book the session that matches their age group and training level.
