This Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship is an on-site hospitality role based at The Farmers Arms in Ulverston, Cumbria. Apprentices will learn front-of-house duties including serving food and beverages, taking payments, clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies and delivering excellent customer service.

Full training is provided on the job alongside support from an assigned trainer.

Training combines face-to-face and online learning and includes the nationally recognised Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship qualification. Functional Skills in Maths and English will be provided if required.

No prior experience is necessary; candidates with good communication, organisation, customer-care and team-working skills are encouraged to apply.

This is a 30-hour-per-week position with flexible working across a seven-day rota and some late shifts. Successful completion of the apprenticeship improves the chance of permanent employment and opportunities for internal promotion and further training within the employer's group of pubs and restaurants.
