Forvis Mazars - Accounting & Outsourcing Rotational Programme (School Leaver Apprentice) - Poole - 1 Sept 2026

The Accounting & Outsourcing Rotational Programme at Forvis Mazars is a four-year school-leaver apprenticeship based from the Poole office, offering rotational placements across accounting, SME outsourcing and international accounting services. Apprentices spend a minimum of 12 months in each department to gain practical experience in management accounts, statutory accounts, VAT, payroll, tax and client-facing advisory work.

The programme is designed to develop technical accounting skills alongside client relationship and professional competencies.

As an Associate Client Advisor Apprentice you will support day-to-day accounting duties, assist in preparing management information, contribute to VAT submissions and help with client onboarding. You will receive structured training, study time and a allocated buddy to support your development.

Successful apprentices will be fully funded to complete the ACA qualification and can specialise in a department on completion of the apprenticeship.

The role operates a hybrid working model with time split between home, office and client sites. The programme seeks candidates with strong academic performance or equivalent qualifications, curiosity, good time management and a commitment to professional development.
