Future Global Leaders - Eton College

Future Global Leaders at Eton College is an immersive summer course for students aged 12-16 that builds leadership skills and cultural intelligence through interactive learning and real-world simulations. The programme focuses on global affairs, international relations, and leadership practice to help students understand and tackle contemporary global challenges.

Participants take part in 18 hours of academic content per week delivered by experienced tutors, work on collaborative ‘Time to Shine’ projects with a presentation ceremony, and attend excursions to places such as Thorpe Park, London, and Oxford. The course includes debate and diplomacy exercises, scenario-based leadership challenges, and activities to strengthen English communication and presentation skills.

Held on the Eton College campus, the programme is delivered by SBC (a UK multi-campus summer school provider). Students receive detailed tutor feedback in a personalised end-of-course report and a certificate of achievement.
