Girton College’s Open Days allow prospective undergraduate applicants to meet current students and staff, explore college facilities, and learn about life and study at Girton. The events include information about the Cambridge admissions process and provide an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the College before applying.
The College asks that school groups attending Open Days bring only Year 12 and Year 13 students who are considering applying to Cambridge. For school-group bookings both the teacher and each student must make individual reservations via the University of Cambridge Open Days booking site.
If you wish to arrange a larger or alternative-timed aspiration-raising visit, contact access@girton. cam. ac.
uk. Visitors may also undertake self-guided tours and are welcome to look around the College grounds daily between 09:00 and 17:00 (the College is closed for tours in December, March, and during the May/June exam period).

- Open Days are intended for Year 12 and Year 13 students thinking of applying to the University of Cambridge.
- The Open Day is not suitable for very large groups; please limit group size and contact the College for larger visits.
- Both the teacher and each student in a visiting school group must make individual bookings via the University of Cambridge Open Days booking site.
