Ready to lead on a global stage? Join Earlscliffe’s two-week Global Leadership Camp to build leadership, diplomacy and negotiation skills through summit simulations, role-plays and London field trips. Learn in small classes, connect with international peers, and boost your uni or career prospects.
The Global Leadership Pathway at Earlscliffe is a two-week, on-campus summer programme for teens that develops leadership, diplomacy and negotiation skills through practical exercises and simulations. Students receive 20 hours of tuition per week in small classes (maximum 12), taking part in international-summit simulations, role-play negotiations and group decision-making tasks.
The course includes field trips (including Central London), a varied social programme and supervised full boarding with accommodation and all meals provided. Teaching emphasises cross-cultural teamwork, policy and strategy, and practical problem-solving to prepare students for future study or careers in international relations, politics and related fields.
