Global Litigation Virtual Internship

This virtual internship introduces Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’s global disputes practice and shows how lawyers support clients across a wide range of sectors. You will work through a simulation that explores the steps involved in dispute resolution and the commercial issues that can arise when businesses face legal challenges.

The module is designed to develop your commercial insight as well as your understanding of litigation work. By the end, you will have tested your skills in a mock business development challenge, helping you see how legal teams combine technical knowledge with practical judgement and client-focused thinking.

You can complete the programme independently, in your own time. It is a useful way to build experience, practise key legal skills and earn a certificate for your CV.
