Join Golden Thread Gallery for a creative wax trapping workshop designed for teens and adults. Participants will make their own 10x10 cm memory frame and explore how wax trapping can preserve collages, images, flower pressings, or mixed-media pieces.
The session is a hands-on introduction to a craft technique that plays with ideas of memory and time. The workshop is facilitated by Isabel and supported by volunteers, with all materials supplied on the day.
It takes place in person at Golden Thread Gallery in Belfast and is suitable for anyone aged 12 and over. Snacks and drinks are also provided, making it a relaxed creative session for young people and adults who want to try something artistic and experimental.
