This is a hands-on Goods Management / Business Administration apprenticeship with a growing provider of CCTV and real-time information solutions in the public transport sector. The role combines stock and logistics duties (stock management, RMA/warranty processes, customs co-ordination, packing and shipping) with broader business administration tasks (data recording and analysis, supplier liaison, procurement support and general office administration).

You will be employed full time (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with breaks) based at Unit 1 Charlwood Court, Merlin Business Centre, Crawley, West Sussex (RH11 7XA). Training is delivered with CHICHESTER COLLEGE GROUP on a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard; the apprenticeship is 19 months (1 year 7 months) and includes an end-point assessment.

The apprenticeship start date is Monday 5 January 2026 and the employer intends to offer a permanent role on successful completion.

The employer seeks candidates who are IT literate with strong numeracy, organisational skills and attention to detail. Applicants are required to answer all application questions and must meet residency, authorisation and qualification requirements set out by the employer.

  • Applicants must be resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to the start of learning.
  • Applicants must have work authorisation for the UK.
  • Applicants must be free from full-time education and have achieved at least 2 A Levels.
  • Applicants will not be eligible if they have already achieved a qualification equal to or higher than the apprenticeship standard on offer.
  • Applicants must be resident in the local area and within a 30-minute travel time to the office to support short-notice requirements.
  • Only applicants who have answered all application questions will be considered for the shortlist.
  • Candidate must be physically able to lift/move deliveries and occasionally use a stepladder (typically 20-40 boxes/week; ~90% under 10kg).
  • Applicants must be committed to the learning and stay to the end of the apprenticeship.
  • Candidate must meet any minimum age constraints governed by the company's insurance policy.
