Google's UX Design Professional Certificate is a self-paced online certificate delivered via Coursera that prepares learners for entry-level UX design roles. The program is beginner-friendly with no degree or prior experience required and includes over 200 hours of instruction across multiple courses.
You will learn the full design process (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test), conduct UX research and usability studies, and use tools such as Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Throughout the certificate you complete hands-on, project-based assessments and build a professional portfolio containing three end-to-end projects to showcase to employers.
The credential is shareable and, upon completion, learners in some countries can share their information with an employer consortium of hiring companies.
