Want hands-on childcare experience that boosts your career? Join Grandir UK's Level 2-5 apprenticeships, work in nurseries with experienced practitioners, build skills in child development, safeguarding and the EYFS, and access expert-led training and weekly study time.

Grandir UK offers Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5 Early Years apprenticeships delivered in partnership with training provider Realise. Apprentices spend most of their time working in a chosen nursery alongside experienced practitioners, developing practical skills in child development, safeguarding and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Each week apprentices are allocated six hours off-the-job training which may include remote one-to-one sessions and webinars led by industry experts. The apprenticeships combine workplace learning with academic study and include a final End Point Assessment (EPA) following the main training period.

Entry expectations vary by level: Level 2 applicants are ideally expected to have English and Maths GCSEs at Level 4 (grade C) but can complete Functional Skills as part of the programme; Level 3 entry depends on prior qualifications; Level 5 requires successful completion of Level 3. Apprentices earn the government-set apprentice minimum rate (stated as £7.

55/hr) and receive mentorship and tailored support throughout their placement.
