Greyline Ltd is a London-based, family-owned construction, maintenance and compliance services company with a wide range of work across social housing, education and the public sector. This work experience placement is designed for students who want to learn about the many career paths available in construction, including trade roles, site management, engineering, surveying, design, architecture, project management and sustainability.
The placement is rotational and office based, giving participants the chance to shadow different staff members, complete department-specific tasks, ask questions and build a clearer understanding of how a construction business works. Under-18s will be office based throughout, while those over 18 may have the opportunity to go on site.
Participants will also give a presentation at the end of the week and receive a certificate of completion.
