Join SW Group's Private Client Tax team as part of the School Leaver Programme starting Sept 2026 in Beaconsfield. This is a full-time, cohort-based training contract where you'll work on tax compliance and advisory tasks for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family businesses.
Early responsibilities include liaising with clients and third parties, preparing basic tax returns and repayment claims, and dealing with correspondence from HMRC.
You will study towards the ATT/CTA and achieve a Level 7 professional qualification through tuition provided by a leading UK training provider, while receiving on-the-job mentoring and support. By your second year you will take on more senior responsibilities with smaller clients and help supervise newer trainees.
The programme includes fully funded professional training and a range of employee benefits such as private medical insurance, pension contribution and generous holidays.
This role is aimed at school leavers applying for September 2026 entry and requires A-level attainment/predictions (minimum 112 UCAS points) and GCSE Grade 5 in English Language and Maths. Applications are submitted via the SmartRecruiters profile/application process.
