Want real-world finance experience before uni? Join SW Group’s School Leaver Programme in Audit (Leeds, Sept 2026) to work with diverse clients, build audit skills, earn professional exposure and boost your career or uni applications.

SW Group is recruiting for its School Leaver Programme in Audit based in Leeds, starting September 2026. This full-time role places you in the Audit & Assurance team working with a diverse client base-from small businesses and family enterprises to non-profits-both in client offices and at the S&W Leeds office (56 Wellington Street).

The programme is cohort-based and begins in September 2026.

As a member of the Audit & Assurance team you will work directly with client finance teams at varying levels of seniority, participating in audit cycles (planning, fieldwork and completion). Day-to-day responsibilities include undertaking audit and accountancy tasks, becoming familiar with audit and accounting software, resolving queries, keeping stakeholders informed and prioritising tasks while monitoring time against budget.

Alongside practical work you will receive structured professional training and study support towards the ACA qualification via a leading UK training provider.

The role includes a competitive salary and a package of employee benefits, plus fully funded training towards professional qualifications. Applicants must meet the stated academic requirements.
