Group 1 Volkswagen Bolton Parts Advisor Apprenticeship

Join Group 1 Volkswagen as a Parts Advisor apprentice based at the Mill Street Industrial Estate in Bolton. In this hands-on role you will support the Parts Department with stock control, ordering, selling parts both face-to-face and by phone, raising invoices and liaising with internal teams to ensure workshops have the parts they need.

You will work Monday-Friday (08:30-17:30) across a 40 hour week with possible Saturday or shift work.

The apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning with formal training delivered by INSPIRO LEARNING LIMITED, using virtual classrooms and face-to-face block release weeks. You will study the Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) standard and gain brand-specific certifications; on successful completion you will receive the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.

Applicants must hold GCSEs at grade 4/C in English, Maths and one other subject. The role is advertised to start on 15 December 2025, runs for one year and pays £15,704 in the first year (apprentice/NMW rules apply).
