Guest Engagement Work Experience (Stewards, Retail, Admissions, Cafés)

Complete your work experience at the Eden Project, an educational charity and visitor attraction in Cornwall. This guest engagement placement focuses on how the team creates excellent visitor experiences across stewarding, retail, admissions and cafés, making every guest feel welcomed, valued and inspired.

You will learn how to assist with purchases, offer recommendations and support day-to-day front-of-house activity in a busy public setting. A usual day runs from 9am to 4pm, and the placement gives you the chance to build confidence, communication skills and an understanding of customer-facing work in a major attraction.
