HackSussex 2026 is an in-person hackathon held at the University of Sussex in the UK. It brings together students of all abilities to collaborate, learn new skills, and build technology projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Participants form teams, work on ideas over a short period of time, and present what they’ve built at the end of the event. The weekend-long event is designed to be inclusive and hands-on, with workshops to help participants pick up new skills along the way.
It also includes prizes, free food and drinks, and free swag, making it both a learning experience and a community event for people who enjoy building with technology.
