Hairdressing Apprenticeship at The Vanilla Room

The Vanilla Room Hairdressing Apprenticeship (HairCamp) is a full-time, salon-based training programme run from the salon’s Hornchurch location. Apprentices train and earn while working alongside experienced stylists and tutors, gaining hands-on experience with salon clients as well as classroom-based teaching.

The programme emphasises a balance of practical and theoretical learning in small class sizes to provide focused mentoring and development.

Training covers all core aspects of hairdressing including bespoke cutting, styling, technical techniques, customer care, reception, retail and health & safety. The HairCamp curriculum is continually updated to reflect current industry standards and creative trends, with apprentices encouraged to progress as stylists within the salon following completion of their apprenticeship.
