Flaare - Be a Boss is an 8-week business and entrepreneurship programme for young people aged 14 to 19. It is designed to help participants develop practical skills, confidence and creativity while working on their own ideas.
Across the programme, young people learn about business skills, money management and marketing, and are supported to shape an idea into something they can be proud of. The programme also gives participants the chance to work alongside mentors, real-life role models and other young people, and to present their idea and celebrate what they have achieved.
