Harper Adams Experience 2026

Harper Adams Experience 2026 is a two-day residential event for 16- to 17-year-olds designed to let prospective students experience university life on Harper Adams' countryside campus. Attendees sample course-related activities, eat in the dining room and stay overnight in university halls, meeting other students and staff to help decide whether Harper Adams is right for them.

The event runs from Wednesday 1 July 2026 (arrivals from 14:30) and finishes after the last session on Thursday 2 July 2026 (pick-up recommended around 15:00). School groups are welcome; group bookings can be arranged by contacting events@harper-adams.

ac. uk. The Harper Adams Experience is completely free of charge and includes food and accommodation for the duration of the stay.

Transport support is offered: registrants receive a transport form as part of pre-event communications and Harper Adams typically provides pick-up/drop-off from Liverpool Airport and Telford, Stafford and Shrewsbury train stations. Participants are advised to bring personal items such as toiletries, a towel, casual clothes, waterproofs/wellies and optional spending money for the on-site shop.
