This is a full-time Bar and Waiting apprenticeship working with Harvester / Mitchells & Butlers, delivered via Lifetime Training. As an apprentice you will learn front-of-house duties: greeting and serving guests, recommending menu items, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and contributing to a friendly customer experience.

The programme combines on- and off-the-job training with reviews every 12 weeks, regular catch-ups (face-to-face and remote), workshops and webinars, and feedback sessions to monitor progress. You will work towards the Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship over 15 months and can obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if you do not already have GCSEs or equivalent.

Apprentices receive paid work (30 hours per week) and employee benefits including pension, 28 days paid holiday, staff discounts (33% across brands), discounted accommodation at Innkeepers Lodges, and other company benefits.

Pay & Benefits

Listed weekly pay: £300 to £366.3 per week. Hourly wage: 16-20 year olds £10.00 per hour; 21+ year olds £12.21 per hour. Apprenticeship includes paid work (30 hours per week) and benefits including pension, 28 days holiday, 33% staff discounts, and share scheme.
