Ready to fast-track your accountancy career? Join Hazlewoods' School Leaver Ignite apprenticeship to study with First Intuition, earn AAT Level 4, gain audit, tax and advisory experience, and get workplace mentoring-five years that build qualifications and real responsibility.
Hazlewoods' School Leaver Ignite apprenticeship is a school-leaver route into accountancy that supports candidates through technical study and workplace experience towards professional qualifications. The programme partners with First Intuition to deliver study and tutoring while apprentices work within Hazlewoods, receive mentoring from a 'buddy', and gain experience across audit, tax and business advisory.
The programme is a five-year pathway: AAT Level 4 is achieved after two years, with onward progression to the ACA to become a qualified chartered accountant. Hazlewoods covers all study costs, grants additional days off for revision and examinations, reimburses travel expenses, and operates team rotations and block-release study to combine work and learning.

- 112 UCAS points earned through A Levels or BTEC
- Grade 6 or above in Maths and English Language
Hazlewoods pays for all associated study costs, provides extra days off for revision and exams, and pays all travel expenses.
