Discover engineering careers at Heathrow Airport through a virtual work experience programme that takes you behind the scenes at one of the world’s busiest airports. The programme is built around a series of interactive modules covering Heathrow’s history, the role of engineering across the airport, rail, terminals, and airside infrastructure. You’ll also get the chance to join webinars, complete quizzes, and take part in practical activities that encourage you to think critically about engineering challenges and the specialism that could suit you best.

Alongside the technical content, there is an employability section designed to help you develop transferable skills for the world of work. You’ll gain advice on teamwork, leadership, and CV building, while also having the opportunity to research different career paths in engineering.
