Join Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer as a Solicitor Apprentice in London on a six-year, work-based programme that combines practical legal experience with academic study. You will work on real client matters throughout the programme and rotate through four 12-month seats during the first four years, followed by four 6-month Trainee Associate Programme rotations in years five and six.

Typical tasks include legal research, reviewing and drafting documents, attending client meetings and court, assisting with case management and summarising judgments.

One day each week is dedicated to studying for an LLB and the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) with BPP University. The firm funds tuition fees, provides a competitive salary for the duration of the apprenticeship and offers structured support including a partner mentor, seat supervisors, a trainee buddy and access to the Early Careers HR team and BPP teaching.

Applicants should be on track for AAB at A-Level (or equivalent) and have at least 7 GCSEs at grade 6 or above including Maths and English. You must be 16 or over and have the right to live and work in the UK.
