Siemens Mobility is recruiting a Higher Apprentice in Signal Design (Level 4) based in Chippenham. The two-year programme combines formal college-based study with hands-on work experience on live projects under mentorship, including 20% off-the-job training.

Apprentices will follow the ST0695 Process Leader apprenticeship standard and work towards achieving an Assistant Signalling Design licence while contributing to projects within the Wales & West portfolio.

The role involves virtual learning modules and practical workplace duties where you will be part of a project team, gaining technical and non-technical skills through a personalised apprentice development programme. Siemens emphasises a supportive environment with tailored training plans to develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into a signalling design engineering role.

Applicants should meet the academic entry requirements (at least five GCSEs including Maths and English plus achieved or on-track A Levels/BTEC) and will be required to provide proof of qualifications during recruitment.
