Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship Level 4 - Skern Lodge

This Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship at Skern Lodge (and the Ultimate Adventure Centre in Bideford) is a paid on-site apprenticeship for experienced hospitality professionals seeking to progress into managerial roles. Based in Appledore, North Devon, the role involves leading teams to deliver excellent customer service, managing hospitality services aligned with business objectives, and taking a high level of responsibility for day-to-day operations.

You will be supported by trainers throughout the apprenticeship with a mix of face-to-face and online learning, completing a nationally recognised Level 4 Hospitality Manager qualification. Functional Skills in Maths and English can be provided if required.

The apprenticeship develops management, communication, IT, administrative and problem-solving skills and adapts duties as you progress.

Contracted hours are 30 hours per week on a rota with some split shifts (examples: 7:00-11:00 and 15:00-19:00). Significant prior hospitality experience and supervisory experience are required.
